Jayme and Bobby Downey are the husband and wife team behind NextHome Paramount. Jayme has been a top producer ever since she got licensed in 2004. She leans on her vast experience in this business to guide her agents through even the toughest transactions. Bobby joined Jayme in the real estate business in 2014 after twelve years in the mortgage industry. Together they were the top producing husband/wife team in the number one Keller Williams office in the country in 2015, 2016, and 2017. They have been recognized as the Top 1% of agents worldwide, and won countless awards for production and quality service.
Jayme is the Broker in Charge and her full focus is mentoring and agent growth. "We want our agents to grow exponentially at NHP, when they are successful then we are successful." In addition she wants her agents to know that they can call her anytime for help through a transaction.. no real estate problems ever happen 9-5 and Jayme is available.
Bobby has been selling real estate since 2014, and to say he found his calling is an understatement. You know when you meet someone that is so happy doing what they're doing that the energy and joy is just contagious? That's Bobby Downey. "Its' got to be fun or why do it?"
Bobby is a supportive owner that invests his time and expertise into training agents to exceed their goals. He has a gift for finding solutions to problems that might otherwise make deals fall apart.
Jackie is the oil to the real estate machine that is NextHome Paramount. As a licensed agent she brings skill and knowledge to the daily function of the office. Jackie is a master of the NextHome tools and assists in training and mentoring agents. She is an incredible asset to the NHP team and always has a smile for everyone.
